The house is bright and spacious with two excellent double bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. The floorboards throughout the property have been sanded and stained so the flat has a modern and light feel to it. There is a separate bathroom with a well-proportioned walking in shower, toilet, and basin. The bathroom is fully tiled in bright white given a fresh and vibrant feel to the room.

There is a good-sized living room with a generously sized sofa and matching armchair, traditional fire surround and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with off street parking available at the side of the property. The house has a small garden to the rear of the property. Things to do

The house is set in the small town of Larkhall. This offers excellent commuting times in to Glasgow, via the M8, or by train from Larkhall station. With the property you get both the benefits of being very close to Glasgow, and all it has to offer, and great countryside to explore to the west of the town.

Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, situated on the banks of River Clyde. It is celebrated for its vibrant shopping districts and abundance of culture. This city is a great destination if you want a fulfilling and varied experience of culture, food, shopping, or music. You're sure to find something that caters to your taste regardless of where you look in this upcoming city. Top places to go to are Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Shopping on Buchanan Street, The Riverside Museum, and the Glasgow Science Centre.

Just a few miles down the road from the property you have Chatelherault Country Park, offering great walks, and gardens to visit. You'll also find Hamilton Golf Club here. Further to the west is Strathaven, which has the beautiful Strathaven Park in town, and further on, close to Allanton, you can find the Spirit of Scotland Monument.

Approximately 5 kilometres northwest of Larkhall you'll find the Calderglen Country Park and Zoo. Golf Can be played at Langlands Golf Club, Hamilton Golf Club, Larkhall Golf Course and Strathaven Golf Club.

If you prefer browsing around antique shops you'll find a wealth of collectables and antiques at Ashbridge Antiques Emporium, in Larkhall, and at Attic Antiques.

The property itself is a short distance from the main m74 motorway cut off leading onto larkhall, when you arrive in the town centre of larkhall its just a short 2 min drive to the property.
