This bright and breezy flat has two good sized bedrooms; a double and a twin, with plenty of storage for clothes in both rooms. All rooms have been decorated in a fresh, light colour scheme giving the rooms a modern, relaxed and clean feel. The kitchen has all the appliances  and utensils you need for an extended stay. The bathroom has been updated with a full sized bath that has an over bath shower head, basin and toilet. There is a large lounge/diner that has a good sized comfortable sofa, a matching armchair, a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

This accommodation offers great value for money if you need to work in both Glasgow and Edinburgh as it has quick access to both cities. You also have great access to the countryside as you travel towards Forth or over towards Edinburgh where the Pentland hills Regional Park is located.

Things to do

There's lots to see and do from this great location. Just up the road, a 20 minute drive away,  is Polkemmet Country Park, for great walks and a nine-hole golf course. The Scottish Owl Centre is also found here which provides a great day out. to the west is the

North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre, The Cameronians Scottish Rifles which has military artefacts and houses the regiment's history. There is also The Chatelherault Country Park for walks and nature trails.

Locally, there are good restaurants including Swannys Diner and Benkaz, both have really great customer reviews and ratings. Takeaways are available from Piuther, Mad Batter, Village Tandoori and Mister Wok.

However, with Glasgow and Edinburgh on the doorstep you can experience great days and evenings in these to world renowned cites. Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, situated on the banks of River Clyde. It is celebrated for its vibrant shopping districts and abundance of culture. This city is a great destination if you want a fulfilling and varied experience of culture, food, shopping, or music. You're sure to find something that caters to your taste regardless of where you look in this upcoming city. Edinburgh is more traditional and has a much more established feel to it. However, Edinburgh has both a great city atmosphere and easy access to beaches and stunning scenery. Top must-see-attractions are: Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Castle, National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh Old Town, Palace of Holyrood House, or a day trip out to the North Berwick coast taking in Gullane Beach, Aberlady Bay and West Bay Beach at North Berwick.
